My coaching philosophy is firmly grounded in principles of self-care, social justice, relationship building, and strategic thinking. I firmly believe that every leader possesses the consciousness and creative capacity to make the world a better place, and I'm here to help them tap into that potential. I'm certified by the John Maxwell Leadership and Development Program and play an integral role on their team. I'm also a certified Maxwell DISC trainer and consultant. I lead team coaching sessions, provide training, and conduct other core sessions to help individuals and leaders enhance their coaching, leadership, and communication skills. I'm proud to say that my clients consistently give high ratings for my delivery, engagement, and messaging, which has contributed to refining my approach in coaching leaders.
