About me
Hey there! I'm Desrene Stewart—a wife, mom, author, keynote speaker, and someone passionate about God's work. One day, while making dinner, I heard in my spirit, "You're transforming into a butterfly." Embracing that idea, I navigated through life's stages to find my purpose. I decided to leave my “secure” job to start my own business and that did not go well! This led to a challenging season, I called my "cocoon season." But, I emerged stronger and in 2022, became a John Maxwell coach, trainer and speaker. I have been blessed to travel throughout the US, Caribbean, Australia, and the UK to share my story and inspire, impact and educate hundreds. Standing on stage alongside my mentor, Dr. John Maxwell shifted my life, sparking a passion to empower women. I started Finding Your Voice, a program that empowers women to speak with grace and confidence. As a coach, I extend beyond the pursuit of Finding Your Voice. Leveraging John Maxwell's techniques in leadership, growth, communication, and transformation, I assist my clients in crafting a signature message, mastering storytelling, and embracing a Kingdom mindset.
